Terms & conditions

These terms explain how PocketPower may be used, how payments, cancellations and refunds are handled, and what patients should understand before using the programme.

Last updated: 11 June 2026

1. About PocketPower

PocketPower provides a private digital home-detox and recovery support programme. The paid You Get Clean pathway includes digital onboarding, medical intake, Root Cause Indicator assessment, GP consultation booking, workbook support, daily check-ins, and clinical review features.

PocketPower is not an emergency medical service, hospital admission service, or substitute for urgent medical care. If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must provide accurate registration, contact, medical, and intake information. The clinical team relies on this information to assess risk and determine whether the programme is appropriate.

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for using the platform honestly. You must not submit false medical information, impersonate another person, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

3. Medical and educational information

Content on the website, workbook, assessments, and dashboard is provided for educational and support purposes. It does not replace personal medical advice, diagnosis, emergency treatment, or care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Medication decisions, prescriptions, certificates, and medical recommendations are handled only by an appropriately qualified medical practitioner where clinically appropriate.

4. Payments

Paid programme fees are shown before checkout and are processed through the available payment provider. Payment unlocks the paid pathway once confirmed.

If payment confirmation is delayed, your account may show payment as pending until the provider confirms the transaction. PocketPower may request proof of payment where needed.

5. Refund and cancellation policy

You may cancel before payment is completed without charge.

If you have paid but have not yet submitted the medical intake, completed the RCI, booked a GP consultation, or accessed paid clinical programme services, you may request cancellation and a refund review.

Once the paid clinical pathway has started, including medical intake review, RCI processing, GP consultation booking, consultation attendance, prescription-related work, clinical review, or workbook access, refunds may be declined or reduced to account for services already provided.

Missed, cancelled, or rescheduled consultations are handled according to the booking rules shown at the time of booking. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to continue the programme or may require a new booking.

Refunds, where approved, are returned to the original payment method where possible. Payment gateway fees, bank charges, and third-party processing costs may be deducted where applicable.

6. Clinical safety and programme suitability

PocketPower may decline, pause, or refer a patient to higher-level care if the intake, RCI, check-ins, consultation, or clinical review suggests that home detox is not appropriate or safe.

You agree to seek emergency help immediately if symptoms become severe, if you feel unsafe, or if a medical professional advises urgent care.

7. Platform availability

We aim to keep the platform available and secure, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, provider outages, internet issues, or circumstances outside our control.

PocketPower is not liable for delays caused by third-party services such as payment gateways, booking providers, email providers, or video meeting platforms.

8. Intellectual property

The PocketPower platform, Root Cause Indicator content, workbook content, copy, design, programme structure, and clinical framework are owned by or licensed to PocketPower.

You may use programme content for your personal recovery support only. You may not copy, resell, distribute, scrape, or reproduce the content without written permission.

9. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this website applies to your use of PocketPower from the date it is published.
